(1) When removing a circuit board from a fully automatic CNC lathe, you should pay attention to the cable corresponding to its orientation and connect to the digital record, about a fixed installation of electricity.

This will not be lost. After the assembly, all the contents of the box will be used, otherwise the installation will be incomplete.

(2) The soldering iron should be placed easily on the front, away from repairing the board. The soldering iron tip should be properly trimmed to solder the integrated circuit and other components to prevent solder fluctuations.

(3) Measure the resistance between the closed power lines. The measured resistance should be red, and the black test leads should be exchanged twice. The huge value is used as a reference value.

(4) Most of the circuit board solder mask brush, so the measurement should find the corresponding solder joint as a test point, do not eradicate the solder tab and some brush the insulation layer, as long as the solder joint blade scrapes the insulation layer.

(5) Automatic CNC lathe should not block the printed circuit at will. Some repair personnel have certain home appliance repair experience, habit disconnection view, but most of the circuit board numerical control equipment double-sided metal orifice plate or multi-layer hole circuit board, printed circuit board is thin, dense, once reduced is not easy to solder And the tangent is easy to reduce. In addition, some points, adjacent lines, cut a line, can not make it and the line output need to block several lines of work together.

(6) Components that should not be replaced. Some repair personnel do not identify a component of the faulty component, but only feel bad, and should be replaced immediately, so that the false positive rate is higher, and the man-made damage rate of the removed component is also higher.
